Our step-by-step process facilitates quick and easy data entry and ensures that the record is updated immediately upon receipt by the Ministry. Change the head office address, directors or officers in a matter of minutes to reflect the current status of the corporation. You can pull a data extract from the Ministry to ensure that you are making the necessary changes to the corporate information that is currently on file. Please note that CIA Form 1 Filings can be prepared and submitted for filing any time throughout the day, however, the processing of the Form 1 occurs only during business hours (Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.). This means that if you submitted your Form 1 filing after 6:00 p.m. on Friday, it would be processed on Monday at 8:00 a.m.
