• Corporation Profile Report¾lists officers/directors, head office information
• Corporation Document List¾lists all documents filed by the corporation on or after June 27, 1992.
• Corporation Business Names List¾lists current business names registered by a corporation
• Certificate of Status¾provides current status—active or inactive of a corporation
• Certificate of Non-Filing¾a report that is produced if no documents have been filed under the Corporations Information Act by the subject corporation since June 27, 1992
• Certificate of No Record¾a certificate that is produced when there is no record of the corporation name, exactly as searched, on the Ontario Business Information System (ONBIS).
• Statement of No Record¾a report that is produced when there is no record of the corporation, as searched, on the Ontario Business Information System (ONBIS).
• Point In Time Report¾a report that sets out information filed by the corporation on or after June 27, 1992 as recorded on ONBIS, up to the "As of" date specified by the client.

• Business Names Report¾a report that displays information on any business name registered on or after April 1, 1994. (Sole proprietorships, partnerships, style names)
• Document Replica¾a report that displays all of the information filed on a particular document. It is available for new, renewal, amendment and cancellation documents filed under the Business Names Act.
• BNLP Document List¾a report that sets out all documents that have been filed in relation to the business name registered, including the filing date for each document.
• Certificate of Non-Registration¾a certificate that states that there is no record of a registration filed under the Business Names Act or a declaration filed under the Limited Partnerships Act within the last five years for the subject name being searched.
• Partnership Business Names List¾a report that displays all additional business names registered or renewed by the firm since July 15, 1996
• Statement of No Match Found¾a report that is issued when no match is found in the Ontario Business Information System for the business name or Business Identification Number being searched.
